Payslips

SimplePay enables you to access your payslips online. Your Payroll Administrator will need to enable self-service on your email address and release the payslips before you are able to log in and view them.

Password-Protected Payslip Emails

Your employer may choose to send your payslips as password-protected PDF attachments. If this is enabled, you'll be prompted for a password when you open the attachment.

The password is your ID number – or, if that's not what's on file, your passport, asylum permit, or refugee ID number instead. This is the same number your employer has on file for you, so check your ID card, passport, or permit if you're not sure. If none of these has been captured for you, your date of birth (YYYYMMDD) is used instead.
